I was only a few days into Automatron when I experienced the first error code CE-34878-0. After a few crashes the game was basically unplayable due to frame rate issues with even my oldest saves and my 2 most recent saves would not load. They would get stuck on a black screen with the loading icon in the bottom right and some audio. After trying many solutions I was finally able to salvage my level 75 and many many hours by making a small compromise after I initialized and reinstalled. After the reinstall I did not download Automatron at first, instead I downloaded my 2 most recent saves (they were stored online) and proceeded to try one. Surprisingly it let me load the save (a warning box popped up informing me that because Automatron wasn't installed the DLC specific items would be lost) and shockingly it loaded right up and didn't have any frame rate issues. Sure I lost some inventory and I'll have deal with the Mechanist again but that's a small price to pay in my book to keep my perks, weapons, ammo, caps, and settlements. Sadly after downloading Automatron I gave one of the original saves yet another try and it failed to load.
