Three days ago, both my PS3 and ps4 stopped sending hdmi signal to my tv. I've tested my tv, and both hdmi ports and my cables all work. The PS3 also works on the same tv if I use the dvi cables. Your phone customer support was rude, he kept interrupting me so that I had to repeat information that he didn't bother to listen to the first time. He ultimately said my only option was to send them both for service. I find it basically impossible to believe that both the PS3 and ps4 could simultanesly stop working, completely coincidentally, because of some technical fault. The only explanation I can think of is that they downloaded an update which affected the way they send the HDMI signal, which now has a problem being sent to my older model tv. I wish someone would just give me an answer. Your Twitter page is a joke, and this whole situation makes me wish i'd never bought a Sony product.
