I have one PS4 CUH-1216a from November 2015 and I have a problem with the REST MODE after updating to the last Firmware version 3.15 a few months ago.
Problem is the following:
I start one download/update.
I connect my controller via USB cable to charge it.
I then choose to enter REST MODE. -> So it can finish what it is supposed to finish.
Later after ~4h I press the PS button on the Controller and the light on it it turns white but the PS4 Console is still pulsing orange.
After that the Console cannot be turn on again. ONLY by unplug it from the power.
Question: Is this a known issue for your developer/QA team? Are we getting a fix with the next Firmwire update? I don't believe it is a Hardware problem since it was working just fine with the OOB Firmwire. Only after updating to the latest one the problem appeard.
