Hi, I recently bought a turtle beach headset 50p for ps4 from eb games, the problem is when I plug it into my controller I hear all the game audio but then when I go into a party I hear all my friends but they don't hear me, I've checked every YouTube video and it just won't work , I know the whole output device thing and I tried that but it didn't work so now I'm here, this also happened with my apple earphones this is why I know bought these headsets but I now have the same exact problem, you're help will be greatly appreciated!
